தீர்Treatments

Four pillars of foot care under one roof

Blood supply and nerve damage make diabetic feet slow to heal — so we treat the whole problem, not just the wound.

தீர்Surgeries offered

When surgery is the path back to walking

Regular checkups and early care prevent most foot surgery. When it's needed, it's done here — by a consultant podiatric surgeon.

Ulcer salvage

Foot Ulcer Surgery

Many diabetic wounds go unnoticed until an advanced stage — often because of fear of surgery itself. We operate to save the foot, and we tell you honestly when surgery can still be avoided.

Restore function

Foot Reconstructive Surgery

Non-healing ulcers stop people from working and living normally. Advanced reconstructive options restore the foot's structure and get patients back to their daily life.

Complex cases

Charcot Reconstructive Surgery

Charcot foot weakens bones, joints and soft tissue, causing severe deformity if untreated. Reconstruction demands careful patient selection and a meticulous surgical approach — our specialty.

தீர்FAQ

Questions patients ask us

Do you treat only diabetic patients?
No. While diabetic foot salvage is our specialty, we treat all foot, nail and skin conditions — foot pain, ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, fungal infections and more — for everyone.
Can wound dressing really be done at home?
Yes. Our institute-trained paramedics visit your home with clinic-grade materials and follow the same sterile dressing protocols we use in-centre. Progress is documented and reviewed by the surgeon.
When should someone with diabetes see a foot specialist?
At least once a year for screening — and immediately if you notice a wound that won't heal, numbness or tingling, colour changes, swelling, or any new pain. Early visits prevent most surgeries.
Is surgery always needed for a foot ulcer?
No. With early diagnosis, regular checkups and proper self-care, most ulcers heal without surgery. When surgery is required, our goal is always to save the foot.
Do you provide custom footwear?
Yes — customised molded footwear is made to your foot's exact shape to offload pressure points, protect healed wounds and prevent new ulcers from forming.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the WhatsApp booking form on this page, call your nearest branch directly, or walk in. For home visits, mention "home visit" when you book.
